Return Policy

Products ordered at regular price are eligible for refunds if unopened and returned within 30 days of their purchase. You must include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your returned product for restocking. Refunds for returns from multiple bottle orders will be adjusted based on the single bottle price at the time of the order. Shipping fees and sales tax are non refundable.

Orders/Shipping

Orders are shipped the next business day after they are processed. Orders are usually processed the business day of, or the next business day following the order depending on the time the order was placed. Please allow 3-6 business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive.

Delivery Convenience Plan

The Delivery Convenience Plan has been cancelled. All orders are now non-recurring, one time orders that will never be re-billed unless customers choose to order again on their own. The terms above apply to all current and future orders. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

For any members currently on the plan - please be advised that you will no longer be billed for recurring shipments. If you would like to continue receiving shipments of LPill please place a new order.
